In 1935 Sir Richard and Sir Albert Costain created Dolphin Square (now renamed Dolphin House). Set in three and a half acres of glorious private gardens, bordered by the river Thames and surrounded by the busy streets of Westminster, the Square provided the peace and pace of the countryside. Nothing has changed.

Located on the north side of the Square, is one of the few all-suite properties in London - for business, for pleasure, or both.
