Description

These London apartments are situated just a short walk from Angel Station, St Marks' spacious studio, one and two-bedroom apartments are individually styled and come complete with a fully fitted kitchen, quality furnishings and other fittings.

St Marks was converted from a grand Victorian building, dating back to the mid 1800's. The conversion to apartments has stayed true to the style and grandeur of this great building, whilst offering modern comforts and amenities such as DVD player and television with cables channels. Parking is also available.

However you like to de-stress outside of work, St Marks is perfectly situated within walking distance of Islington where trendy restaurants and bars are plentiful.

For the weekends there is Camden Passage Antiques Market, the canals, the markets and shops to keep you entertained and provide the perfect complement to their hectic work schedules. Moorefields Eye Hospital is also within an 8 minutes' walk.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposit on Reservation
For stays of 7-29 nights - 2 nights deposit required.

For stays of 29 or more nights - 3 nights deposit required.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing.

For reservations of 7-29 nights, 14 days prior notice is required.

For reservations over 29 nights, 21 days prior notice is required.

Where less than the required notice is provided the full rental for the nights booked will be charged.

Early Departure Terms
For original stays of up to 14 nights, 7 days notice is required.

For original stays of 14 to 29 nights, 14 days notice is required.

For original stays over 29 nights, 21 days notice is required.

Accepted Credit Cards
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card.

All major credit cards accepted.

The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen was small but we did no real cooking so it was fine. It was in an extremely quiet area of the property off a private lobby.
