Reservations can be made
through any of the following channels:

Rates are per room
per night included of VAT at 20% (unless stated). Any change in the general
rate of VAT will be reflected in a change in the rates overleaf. No rate
adjustment will be possible after check in.

Rates are as agreed
with Client (and as stated overleaf) and Client agrees that they will not be
amended / changed / divulged to any third party unless specifically authorised
by both the Client and a duly authorised by The Gore & The Pelham Hotel member of staff.
Rate loading on the
GDS can be arranged, providing it has been agreed with a duly authorised by the
hotel representative. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide
relevant Pseudo City and Rate Access codes.
Rates will not be
loaded without this information.
The negotiated rates
will only be guaranteed if booked in advance, apply to individual reservations
only, and are subject to the agreed rate being available on the relevant room
type at the time of booking.
The Gore & The
Pelham Hotel reserve the right to amend or withdraw these rates at any stage
during the period of this contract (save in respect of reservation already
booked and paid for as set out above) by notice to Client.
Reservations will only be considered
booked when confirmed in writing or with a credit card number quoted at time of
booking or to the Travel Agent’s IATA number. All reservations must be
cancelled 24 hours and before 2PM prior
of the day of arrival, or the accommodation may be charged in full. All
bookings for more than 6 nights need to be cancelled 7 days in advance.
Cancellations beyond this time will be subject to a one night’s accommodation
charge penalty for bookings between 1 and 6 nights. All bookings longer than 6
nights are subject to a 3 day penalty charge a cancellation number will also be
quoted at the time of cancellation.
Bookings of more
than 5 rooms will be considered a group booking and separate rates &
cancellation policy may apply.
Rates are only valid
once the signed “Hotel copy” is received by the Gore & The Pelham Hotel.
All guests will be
required to give a credit/debit card authorisation at check in as per Hotel
policy for any incidentals that may be incurred during the guests stay. Any
such authorisation or deposit shall be cancelled or returned at the end of the
guests stay less any charges they have incurred.
The Gore & The
Pelham Hotel reserve the right to make a
charge in the event of a non-arrival.
It is the
responsibility of the company or the booking agent to provide Client contact
details in the event of a

A pre authorization
will be taken on your card and will be held for the predicted full amount of
your stay (not for prepaid) plus £50.00 per night for extras. (Min of £50.00).
If you settle your account with the same card, this amount will be released
automatically. However it can take up to 14 days if you settle your account
with another method of payment.
Guests are requested
to vacate their rooms by 11.00. Payment
Accounts must be
settled on departure unless a credit account has been arranged prior to
A credit account may
take 28 days to set up of which the hotel will only consider setting up such an
account subject to receipt of satisfactory references. The setting up of an
account is entirely at The Gore & The Pelham Hotel’s discretion and the
hotel shall not be required to give any reason for a refusal. In the event that
an account is set up, invoices must be settled within 30 days.
The Hotel accepts
cash and the following credit/ debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Card,
American Express, Delta and Switch.
If for any reason
accommodation, which has been guaranteed, is not available at the Hotel, the
Hotel will supply alternative accommodation at another hotel of equal or
superior quality. The Hotel will pay the difference (if any) in the charge for
alternative accommodation and the Client’s agreed rate (as detailed overleaf).
The Hotel will offer the guest one complimentary telephone call and will
arrange and pay for transport to the alternative accommodation.
The quoted rates are subject
to a quarterly review with The Gore
& The Pelham Hotel Account Manager and based on agreed targets.
The Gore & The
Pelham Hotel Conditions
agree to comply with The hotel
procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the
property of the Hotel, its employees and its guests and their health and safety
at all times.
The hotel shall have
no liability for loss of or damage to the property of any guest other than as a
results of the wilful default, or gross negligence of the above hotels or its
employees acting in the course of their duties, (in which case the liability of
The Gore & The Pelham Hotel shall be limited to the value of the lost or
damaged property and shall not include any consequential loss and/or loss of
profit). Valuables must be deposited in safety deposit boxes maintained for use
of Guests in Guest bedrooms.
The Gore & The
Pelham Hotel are a No Smoking Hotels;
non adherence to this policy will result in a penalty charge of £
200.00 upon check out in order to restore the room as smoke free.
