Deposit on Reservation:
Credit card details required to secure the reservation.

£600.00 for a studio and one bedroom apartment. £800.00 for a two-bedroom apartment. A Tenancy Agreement fee of £70.50 is also charged on each booking.
Please note the deposit will be refunded approximately 4 weeks after departure.
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
If bookings are cancelled within 7 days of arrival date the full deposit held will be non- refundable. If bookings are cancelled with more than 7 days notice of the arrival date £250.00 will be retained to cover administration costs.

Accepted Credit Cards:
All major credit cards accepted
If rental or deposit payment is by cheque, this must be cleared prior to arrival.
