Deposit on Reservation:
A credit card pre-authorisation in the amount of £250 will be required upon arrival
 
Cancellation:
There will be no cancellation charges if a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.

The following cancellation charges apply for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date:-
One night for the stays of less than 7 nights
Two nights for the stays of 7 to 28 nights
Three nights for the stays of more than 25 nights

Group bookings are subject to a different cancellation procedure.
