Deposit on Reservation:
Reservations are only confirmed on
receipt of a deposit of one weeks rental. The remaining balance due for the
period booked must be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival.. Every endeavour will be
made to accommodate guests desiring to extend their stay, but no guarantee can
be given.
A deposit of £150 is payable
on arrival if a telephone is required. Any balances will be forwarded after
metered and operator assisted calls have bee deducted. Calls are charged at a
rate of 0.18 pence per unit plus VAT: any deficiency is payable on demand.
An inventory will be made on the
morning of the departure, and any damages or breakage's will be charged to the
occupier.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:
If notice of cancellation is
received more than three weeks before commencement of your stay, the deposit
will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of 15% of total rental. Where less
than three weeks notice is given no refund will be made, unless the
accommodation can be re-let.

Check-in 1 pm, Check-out 12 noon
Apartments must be vacated by noon
on day of departure. Additional hours (if available) will be charged on a
complete days basis. Arrivals before 9 am and after 6 pm must be arranged in
advance with the management. Apartments are not generally available for
occupation until 1pm. If you anticipate arriving early morning and prefer
immediate access to your apartment, we suggest you book from the day prior to
your arrival. |
