Deposit on Reservation:
For studios £350 and for 1 bedroom plus apartments £500 deposit is required. the deposit is refunded 10 days after departure, less telephone charges and breakages.

All rental charges are due prior to arrival in sterling. Payments by UK bank cheque needs four days clearance.

The Licence period begins at 2pm and ends as 12 midday when the keys should be returned to the Porters Desk. Additional hours will be charged on a complete day basis. Un-returned keys will be charged for at £100 incl. VAT.

  
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
For cancellation prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE unless 2 weeks written notice is received, then an administration fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged.

  
Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card (except Diners)
All major credit cards accepted
  

Additional Terms:
Reservations are only accepted upon receipt of your signed NGH Licence (which will be faxed to you) together with your deposit.
