Tenancy Agreement :
The tenant will be asked to sign a general tenancy agreement. If a third party wants to settle the invoice with rent and VAT. on behalf of the tenant, we will require the full name, address, telephone & fax number and email address from the latter in addition to the tenant's contact details.
Deposit & Payment terms:
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit equal to 4 weeks rental.

In addition to the deposit, we also request pre-payment comprising 6 weeks rental. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or via bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided on each pro-forma invoice issued.
