Reservations at this apartment complex are made on their terms and conditions a summary is detailed below 13 half moon mayfair
Deposit on Reservation:
A deposit equal to one night will be charged for bookings of up to a week. Thereafter, one additional night will be charged for each additional week or part of a week.
Deposit will be charged on to the credit card 14 days prior to arrival.

 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
For bookings over 7 days, the cancellation and deposit policies will be defined at the time of the booking.
For short term bookings of up to 7 days a minimum 72 hour cancellation policy will apply based on the arrival date. Thereafter, the deposit will not be returned.
Bookings cancelled within the confirmed cancellation period will result in the deposit being retained.

  
Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card. Any non-guaranteed bookings will be released 72 hours prior to arrival
All major credit cards accepted 		 

Additional Terms:
Any stay of two weeks and over will require payment on a weekly basis.
Guests will be asked to settle the remaining amount upon checkout.
Personal cheque will only be accepted up to the amount shown on the guarantee card.
Any booking comprising of more than one apartment will be treated as a group booking and will therefore carry special Terms & Conditions.
