Deposit on Reservation:
For stays of 1-13 nights no deposit is required.
For stays of 14 nights or more 25% deposit is required.

  
Cancellation, Early Departure Terms:
All cancellations must be received in writing

For reservations of 1-6 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to prevent 1 nights accommodation charge being levied as a cancellation fee.

For reservations of 7-29 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being levied (minimum cancellation charge being 50% of the total booking).

For reservations over 30 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being levied (minimum cancellation charge being 25% of the total booking).
