Deposit on Reservation:
All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card or in certain circumstances paid for in advance of arrival.

  
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
Any reservations not cancelled in writing by 6:00 pm local time on the day prior to arrival will be charged at the confirmed rate.

  
Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card
All major credit cards accepted

  
Additional Terms:
Any bookings not confirmed and guaranteed by 6.OOpm (1800 hours) local time the day prior to arrival will be released.

Apartment bookings of 20 room nights plus, or 5 rooms or more will be deemed as a group booking and are therefore subject to a group contract with separate terms and conditions.

The management will extend credit facilities only when an approved credit account exists with the Athenaeum Hotel. Credit applications are available on request, however a minimum period of 3 working days is requested for approval to be given. Settlement is due upon presentation of the account.

Safes are provided in all rooms and apartments. However, the management takes no responsibility for occupants' personal possessions or valuables.
