Reservations at this apartment complex are made on their terms and conditions a summary is detailed below
Deposit on Reservation: Reservations of less than 1 week - the full rental amount is required. For reservations of 1 week or longer, 1 week's rental is required. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid immediately upon arrival. All deposits are due within 4 - 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation & Refund Terms: Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival - Full refund Cencellations less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made unless the accommodation can be re-let.
Accepted Credit Cards: All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card All major credit cards accepted
Additional Terms: Apartments are available for occupation from 14:00 hours. Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Breakages and damages will be charged for. On arrival a credit card or cash (sterling) will be taken as security for telephone charges. Telephone calls are charged on a per second billing basis equivalent to 25p per minute in respect of local calls.
