In 1935 Sir Richard and Sir Albert Costain created
Dolphin Square (nor renamed Dolphin House). Set in three and a half acres of
glorious private gardens, bordered by the river Thames and surrounded by the
busy streets of Westminster, the Square provided the peace and pace of the
countryside. Nothing has changed.
