Cancellation & Refund Terms:
All cancellations must be received in writing
For reservations of 1-7 nights, 4 days notice prior to the arrival date is required.
For reservations of 7 nights or more, 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required.
Cancellations made on less notice, will incur charges for the full cost of the accommodation in the event that we are unable to re-let the apartment.
For guests already in-house are asked to give 48 hours notice of early departure in order to avoid cancellation charges.
