Deposit on Reservation:
Payment for the full 13 weeks rental is required in advance. Usually overseas reservations make payment via bank transfers.

In addition to the rent we ask for a dilapidation deposit. This deposit is a sum equal to four weeks rent and is required prior to arrival. The deposit is held until the final account has been raised (after departure) and any dilapidation charges will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned. We will of course require a forwarding address in order to refund the deposit.

Anyone needing access to an apartment before midday (when our tenancies begin) is recommended to reserve the apartment from the previous day.

  
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
If cancellation is made within 4 weeks prior to arrival, then 4 weeks rental will be paybale.

  
Accepted Credit Cards:
All major credit cards accepted. A surcharge of 1.5-3.5% will be made on credit card payments.
