Three months rental required to confirm a reservation - one months rental as a deposit.
 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of a tenancy agreement.

Additional Terms:
Check in time is 12 noon. If a client wants to check in earlier, there can be an extra charge depending on occupancy. Check out time is 12 noon. Late checkouts are not possible during July and August. At any other time, if the client needs to stay in the apartment on day of departure for a few extra hours he must inform the front desk in advance, and again, there could be a charge involved.
