Deposit on Reservation: A deposit equal to one weeks stay is required when making a reservation to cover telephone usage damages etc. The deposit is in addition to the rental. Authorization for the full rental is checked at the time of making the reservation and charged shortly before arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Terms: For rentals during May - September 4 weeks notice of cancellation is requied, at all other times 2 weeks notice is required. On less notice, the full rental will be charged.
Accepted Credit Cards: All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card All major credit cards accepted Credit card payments have a surcharge of between 1.5 - 4.5 %
