Deposit on Reservation:
The full rental is required 21 days before arrival.

Please note that before a guest takes up residence at May Fayre House, we require a deposit of £1000 as a security / damages deposit. This may be made by credit card authorisation transaction, and will be cancelled upon the departure immediately following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is NOT DEBITED from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled

 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
The full rental is required 21 days before arrival. The rental is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the booked arrival date / or subject to re-letting on a shorter notice. If less notice is provided, no refund will be made

 
Accepted Credit Cards:
Payments are accepted in cash, travellers cheques, bank drafts and all major credit cards.
A credit card surcharge will be levied up to 3.5%
