Tenancy Agreement
:
The tenant will be asked to sign a general
tenancy agreement. If a third party wants to settle the invoice with rent and
VAT. on behalf of the tenant, we will require the full name, address, telephone
& fax number and email address from the latter in addition to the tenant's
contact details.

Deposit & Payment
terms:
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit
equal to 4 weeks rent exclusive of VAT. A full refund will be organised no
later than 3 weeks after departure, less any damages or unpaid
charges.
In addition to the deposit, we also request
pre-payment comprising 4 weeks rent inclusive of VAT. Succeeding invoices will
be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or
via bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided on each pro-forma invoice
issued.

Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a
credit card
All major credit cards accepted
Credit card payments have a surcharge of
between 1.5 - 4.5 % |

Cancellation & Early Departure Terms:
1. If a confirmed booking is cancelled
within 2 weeks of arrival we would charge 3 weeks rent in the Summer Period
(May - September) and 2 weeks rent in the Winter Period (October -
April). If it is cancelled 3 to 4
weeks prior to arrival we will charge 1 weeks rent.
2. We are unable to confirm a particular
apartment until about one to two months prior to arrival, the reason for this
is we often have extension requests from guests currently in-house and we ask
for 28 days notice if they wish to extend. |

Early Departure cancellation policy
applicable to 6 weeks stays and over :
A minimum of 2 weeks notice should be given
in the event of early departure to avoid cancellation charges. |
