this apartment complex are made on their terms and conditions a summary is

Deposit on
Reservation:
Reservations will be confirmed in writing on
receipt of 20% advance payment.
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to
date of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. When advance
payment has been made by credit card this will automatically be
debited.

Cancellation & Refund
Terms:
1. In the event of
cancellation advance payments will be refunded if notification of cancellation
is received 15 days prior to date of arrival.
2. Cancellations made within 15 days
of date of arrival are liable for full payment. Any refund made is at the
discretion of the Management.
3. Non-arrival for a confirmed booking
will be treated as a cancellation after 24 hours.
4. No refund will be given for early
departure unless the apartment is re-let.

Accepted Credit Cards:
All payments must be in Pounds
Sterling.
The following methods of payment are
accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Cheque drawn on UK Bank, Bank Draft, Sterling
Travellers Cheques, Cash.

Additional Terms:
1. Free transfer from Heathrow is
available on request for bookings of 3 days or more and from other airports at
a special rate provided flight details are advised at least 48 hours prior to
arrival.
2. Whilst every effort is made to
allow immediate access to apartments on arrival occupancy cannot be guaranteed
before 1pm. All apartments must be vacated by 10 am on day of
departure.
3. A deposit is required on
arrival against telephone, damage or other charges. This may be made by Credit
Card imprint or cash to the value of £250.
4, All extras should be paid
prior to departure (Please note Reception Desk Hours). Otherwise credit cards
will automatically be debited for outstanding accounts.
5. C W Lamley & Company
cannot be held responsible for any bank charges or fluctuations in currency
rates which may affect payments or refunds.
6. C W Lamley & Company will
be obliged to increase their tariff should the current rate of Value Added Tax
be increased.
7. C W Lamley & Company try
to maintain the highest standards in their apartments but cannot be held
responsible for any inaccuracies in their brochure or that of any agent or tour
operator.
8. C W Lamley & Company
regrets they cannot take responsibility for loss of luggage or valuables or for
injury sustained whilst on their premises. it is therefore strongly recommended
that full travel insurance is carried. |
