Reservations at this apartment complex are made on their terms and conditions a summary is detailed below basils knightsbridge
Deposit on Reservation:
- A deposit of 1 night if stay is for 1 week, and a 1 week deposit for stays of 2 weeks and over will be charged to the client's credit card.
- Full payment will be processed 7 days prior to arrival.
- Any additional charges will be charged to your Credit Card on departure.
- Be aware that you will be liable for any damages or breakages caused whilst in the accommodation.
- For guests staying for more than 28 days VAT is reduced from 17.5% to 3.5%.
 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
- Cancellation can be made without charges if we are informed 4 weeks prior the arrival date in Peak season (May - September incl.) and 2 weeks prior in low season (October - April incl.) Cancellation after these periods will be full payment. Where less notice is provided the full rental will be charged / retained.
- A £20 administration charge will be charged for any amendment made once a booking has been confirmed. - For guests staying for more than 28 days VAT is reduced from 17.5% to 3.5%.
