Reservations at this
apartment complex are made on their terms and conditions a summary is detailed

Deposit on Reservation:
A deposit of one week's rent is required to
secure the booking with the balance of the full rent payable on arrival. In
adition, a £750 refundable deposit for damages etc deposit is
require.
A 3.5% surcharge will be made on credit card
payments.

Cancellation & Refund
Terms:
All cancellations must be received in
writing
In the event of a cancellation of the
reservation, the deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received
within 14 days prior to your arrival.
If the cancellation is within 14 days, the refund is subject to the apartment
being re-let. Apartments will be released due to non arrival after 24 hours.
Guests who do not stay for the full duration of their booking will be charged
for the full duration unless the apartment can be re-let.

Additional Terms:
Prior to arrival an inventory of furniture
and equipment will be prepared and upon departure a charge will be made for any
damages or breakages.
The management reserves the right to gain access to the apartment (with
adequate notice to the guest).
Guests are advised to insure their belongings as management cannot be held
responsible for loss or damage.
The management reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of a
similar category.
An additional charge will be made on departure if damages have been incurred
ie. carpet, upholstery or decor cleaning.
