Deposit on Reservation:
For 1 week stays £500 deposit is required. For stays of over 1 week, £1000 deposit is required.

 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
Cancellation on written notice more than 4 weeks before arrival - no cancellation charge.

If written notice of cancellation is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.

If written notice of cancellation is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
