Deposit on Reservation:
A deposit of 50% of the rental to confirm the reservation, with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

A security deposit, which is refundable on departure is required for all apartments This is either a signed credit card imprint of £250.00 or cash deposit.

  
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
In the event of cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows
Notice Given Fee Charged
more than 28 days No Fee
14 - 28 days prior to arrival 25%
7 - 13 days prior to arrival 50 %
Less than 7 days before arrival 100 %
The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.
