Deposit on Reservation:
A £500 deposit must received before the reservation can be confirmed. One month prior to arrival the balance of the rental must be settled.

All reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the deposit. A provisional reservation, can not be guaranteed as a final or confirmed reservation. Extended stays may only be agreed by the management and in the case of availability.

 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
In the event of cancellation, monies paid will be returned less an administration charge of £30 + VAT, subject to 28 days notice being received by fax or post.

If cancellation is made after this time refund of the money is subject to the re-letting of the apartment otherwise the full period of the reservation is chargeable.

We recommend that guests insure against such an event. Please bear in mind that once a booking has been confirmed by us, you are committed to the dates agreed upon, and any alteration in the dates will depend on the availability and the resale of the accommodation booked.
