Description
Decorum Apartments is located just off City Road, between Angle Station, which serves the Northern Line, and Old Street, which serves the Northern Line and the Overground, with easy access to the city. It is also a short walk from Upper Street and Shoreditch, which are full of restaurants, bars and shops.
The front door of the apartment leads directly to a large, light-filled corridor, which leads to three bedrooms, a bathroom, an open living / kitchen and a dining area. All three bedrooms are of suitable size and the larger of the three has a private bathroom. The open-plan living and kitchen area is at the heart of the house, with access to glass walls and balconies that run across the width of the house, making it a great place to relax and enjoy. This room has a great atmosphere. The balcony overlooks the trees and gardens. Designed to be a aesthetically pleasing and practical workspace, the kitchen is modern and has ample storage space to meet your everyday needs. The main family and ensuite bathrooms are beautifully decorated to the highest standards in a minimalist, clean style.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given where we have received suitable written notice of the cancellation. The notice period required for cancellation is:
For bookings of up to 6 nights duration – 5 days notice prior to arrival date is required. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge equivalent to the booking charge.
For bookings between 7 and 27 nights duration – 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation will be incurred
For bookings between 28 and 179 nights duration – 21 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10 nights accommodation will be incurred.
For bookings of 180 nights duration and over – 60 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60 nights accommodation will be incurred.
