Cancellation / Amendment / No-Show / Early Departure Policy:
1-6 Nights: 3 days notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 50% of booking value penalty fee
7-28 Nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights penalty fee
29+ Nights: 2 weeks notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights penalty fee
Security Deposit:
A cautionary security deposit of GBP 250 / AUD 250 / EUR 250 inclusive of all applicable taxes is required to be collected from all guests/bookings. The amount is pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card or charged via Invoice/Bank Transfer and is fully released/refunded at the end of the guest stay provided that no damages or losses have occurred to the apartment.
Pet Policy:
By prior arrangements, guests are welcome to be accompanied by their pets during their stay. A non-refundable one-off fee of GBP 50 / AUD 50 / EUR 50 per pet inclusive of all applicable taxes does apply.
