Altitude city serviced apartments are open and modern 1 bedroom serviced apartments appropriately situated on Alie St just off Leman Street in the desirable east end of London.

These apartments are perfect whether you on visiting on business or leisure with all the space you need for relaxing urban living. The apartments offer integrated Siemens appliances, Amtico oak flooring and comfort cooling in the bedrooms. There are also fully-equipped kitchens, immaculate bathrooms and king size beds to make your stay as relaxed as possible.

This area is ideal for the city of London which is just a 20 minutes’ walk or a few minutes on the tube. And the area’s of Hoxton, Shoreditch and Whitechapel. If you are working in Canary Wharf or flying from London City Airport, you can take a train from close by Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway, which is 15 minutes walk’ from your apartment.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Altitude

Changes

Once a booking has been confirmed by us, should you wish to change your booking, all requests for changes must be made in writing and Altitude will do their best to help. Where changes can be made an administration fee of £25 + VAT per booking will be payable to Altitude once any change has been made together with any other resulting costs (for example any increase in price).

Cancellation

Stays of less than 7 nights

Altitude must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights, at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival.  Cancellations received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.

Stays of 7–27 nights

Altitude must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date.  Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to the arrival date Altitude will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.

Stays of 28+ nights

Altitude must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date Altitude will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply).

Deposits

A deposit covering additional charges that may be incurred during your current (or any future) booking with Altitude, breakages and damages may be taken at the time of booking.  Upon arrival at the apartment debit/credit card details may also be taken as security for any additional charges (which may be charged separately by Altitude or the preferred supplier).

Credit Card Surcharge

Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta).  A transaction fee of 3% of the total amount payable will be applied when you pay for your booking by Diners Club or American Express card.  No transaction fee is applied if payment is made by any other card.  Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Cleaning

Altitude expects the apartments_client to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If, at Altitude’s discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. When the duration of the reservation is in excess of 28 days, a discretionary final cleaning charge of up to £100 plus VAT may be charged.  In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the booker /guest will be obliged to pay compensation to Altitude for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair.  Altitude reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building.

Check in / Check Out

Apartments are available for occupation from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival to 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
