BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHECK IN
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

CHECK OUT
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

CANCELLATION
The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Cancellation or Alterations by the Guest:

Any cancellation by the Guest, for whatever reason, must be made in writing, fax, or email to the Company at the address stated at the bottom of the Booking Form.

The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason:

  • The Guest must provide 21 days written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT

In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any

PAYMENT
If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at the time of booking | otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID: either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

EXTENSION POLICY
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. We will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
