Cancellation & Refund Terms
All cancellations must be received in writing.
For reservations of 1 – 6 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to prevent 1 nights accommodation charge being levied as a cancellation fee.
For reservations of 7 – 28 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 7 days prior to the date of arrival to prevent 7 nights accommodation charge being levied as a cancellation fee.
