Welcome to apartment 433, a brand new one bedroom flat available for short term vacation rentals that is fully equipped for a home from home experience in London. Lovingly refurbished in January 2018, the space contains a large kitchen area, new bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bedroom with generous storage, a work-space in the living room with a desk and the ability to plug your laptop into the free unlimited superfast hyperoptic broadband or stream movies from the large wall mounted smart TV via your Netflix or Amazon prime account.
A comfy sofa bed provides space for the children to sleep after a busy day sight-seeing and triple glazing ensures that you are warm and can enjoy uninterrupted sleep. A weekly clean and change of Egyptian cotton bed linen is included in the price with additional cleans available to arrange at request. With Sloane Square and South Kensington tube stations only 8 minutes walk away, you will find apartment 433 has all that you need for you and your family to enjoy your time in London.
Free unlimited super fast 100mb WiFi is included in the rental price along with a complimentary welcome pack containing fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, sugar, coffee and single estate teas. A weekly 2 hour clean is also included along with a change of the Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. A daily maid service and additional towels can be arranged with us for a minimal surcharge at the time of booking as an “add on” or during your stay.

The property pre-authorises £300 via card upon arrival, which would is released upon check-out upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Please note that we have a 30 days cancellation policy on all bookings. Should a guest wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we would refund the entire amount minus a £50 admin fee.

Security deposit required – preauthorisation of £350 for studio apartments and £500 for one and two bedroom apartments for short stays. Deposit taken as a payment and refunded on departure for longer bookings
Reservations longer than 30 nights will be quoted case by case.

Change of linen and towels – £18 for one beds, £36 for two beds
Extra towels – £5 per set (one hand towel, one bath towel)

Extra 4 hour clean with change of linen and towels (two beds) – £80

There is CCTV and a 24 hour porter service. Check-in is 15:00hrs and check-out 11:00hrs. The porters can store your luggage outside of these times
