This super sixth floor studio contains fantastic cost-effective accommodation to couples or families looking to spend some time in one of the best London locations. Refurbished in May 2018 by the owners, this flat is sure to be popular with our guests. A private bathroom with bath as well as shower and a kitchen containing all the usual appliances including a washer/dryer so you don’t have to worry about packing lots of changes of clothes means that you can enjoy your stay whilst travelling light.
The king sized bed benefits from having luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and large fluffy towels. There is a comfy sofa bed in the living area for the children and the free unlimited 150mb broadband means that you’ll never run out of bandwidth or experience buffering and everyone can be on line without interruption. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available for you to login to on the SMART TV if you have accounts. If not, there’s Freeview, YouTube and much more if you fancy a night in.
A two hour clean takes place weekly along with a linen change and with an additional daily or one-off maid service available if you wish for a small fee. All of our flats are non-smoking and guests receive a welcome pack containing fresh flowers, teas and coffees to re-hydrate you after your journey and toiletries to get you up and running and exploring this fabulous neighbourhood of ours – home to future Kings and Queens!

The property pre-authorises £300 via card upon arrival, which would is released upon check-out upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Please note that we have a 30 days cancellation policy on all bookings. Should a guest wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we would refund the entire amount minus a £50 admin fee.

Security deposit required – preauthorisation of £350 for studio apartments and £500 for one and two bedroom apartments for short stays. Deposit taken as a payment and refunded on departure for longer bookings

Change of linen and towels – £18 for one beds, £36 for two beds
Extra towels – £5 per set (one hand towel, one bath towel)

Extra 4 hour clean with change of linen and towels (two beds) – £80
Security
There is CCTV and a 24 hour porter service. Check-in is 15:00hrs and check-out 11:00hrs. The porters can store your luggage outside of these times
