Once a warehouse, Cole Street is now stocked full of personality. Entering into the main living space, you’ll find a dining table for eight on the right, and a huddle of sofas straight ahead. A hippo coffee table rests its legs on a cowhide rug, and mounted on the exposed brick walls are a menagerie of mock animal heads. The open-plan kitchen, straight ahead, has a tiled floor and both marble and wooden worktops.
To the right of the tall windows, a spiral staircase leads up to an office space, next to the second bedroom (with a queen-size bed), which overlooks the main living space. Up again you’ll find the master bedroom (with a chrome-framed super king bed) and its ensuite. Up a few more stairs is the private roof terrace, where you can dine with a chimneypot view across Southwark.

When you arrive we secure a £1,000 hold on your credit or debit card. The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
