You are only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Victoria Embankment, The Strand and the heart of The City at St Paul’s. In a short 6 minute walk you’ll find Chancery Lane tube station – serving the Central Line. Temple Underground is also nearby, serving the Circle Line and District Line. The buzz of the West End entertainment is only a 10 minute bus journey or taxi ride.

Once a booking has been confirmed by us, should you wish to change your booking, all requests for changes must be made in writing and Crane Court will do their best to help. Where changes can be made an administration fee of £25 + VAT per booking will be payable to Crane Court once any change has been made together with any other resulting costs (for example any increase in price).
Stays of less than 7 nights
Crane Court must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights, at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
Stays of 7-27 nights
Crane Court must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date.Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to the arrival date Crane Court will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights
Crane Court must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date Crane Court will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply).
A deposit covering additional charges that may be incurred during your current (or any future) booking with Crane Court, breakages and damages may be taken at the time of booking.Upon arrival at the apartment debit/credit card details may also be taken as security for any additional charges (which may be charged separately by Crane Court or the preferred supplier).
Credit Card Surcharge
Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta). A transaction fee of 3% of the total amount payable will be applied when you pay for your booking by Diners Club or American Express card. No transaction fee is applied if payment is made by any other card. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Crane Court expects the apartments_client to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If, at Crane Court’s discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. When the duration of the reservation is in excess of 28 days, a discretionary final cleaning charge of up to £100 plus VAT may be charged.In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the booker /guest will be obliged to pay compensation to Crane Court for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair. Crane Court reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building.

Apartments are available for occupation from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival to 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
