Great space
At Cromwell Road III a grand entrance corridor leads into a wide, open-plan living space. It’s cool and calm here (despite its central location). Geometric-print cushions line the leather bench along one wall, and framed prints and a cowhide rug make a retro contrast to the parquet floor. Blue chairs circle the dining table and neutral curtains border floor-to-ceiling windows. All rooms are accessible from here – in the far-left corner three carpeted steps descend to the polished master bedroom, where a soft palette is punctuated by chic blue tones and a metallic bronze lampshade. The windows overlook pretty gardens and an arch curves over the bed.

Back up in the open-plan sitting room, one corner contains the kitchen with white cupboards and jet-black surfaces. There’s also a study space adjacent, and back by the front door a modern tiled bathroom.

While this home is not suitable for toddlers, babies and older children are very welcome.

This home doesn’t have air conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

This home also has an office, with a small double sofabed which can sleep one extra guest. Please let us know if you’d like this set up for your stay.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Pre-authorisation

When you arrive we secure a £1,000 hold on your credit or debit card. The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
