All is calm
This home is a pretty and peaceful place. The private entrance takes you into a hallway, where both bedrooms are on the right. First along is the second bedroom, which has a simple single bed and floral-curtained doors that open onto a sweet decked garden with space to dine. Next door is the master bedroom – decorated in soft grey and white, with a pretty waffle-backed double bed. And beyond that you’ll find the marble-tiled bathroom, where there’s a bath and a shower.

Then through the final door, on the left of the hallway, there’s the open-plan living area. To one side is the kitchen, which has green cabinets, blonde-wood countertops and a dining table. To the other there’s a sitting area. It’s bay-windowed and white-painted, with one strikingly papered wall, and has a plump-cushioned sofa and an armchair.

There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

This home doesn’t have air conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers and children.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Pre-authorisation

When you arrive we secure a £1,000 hold on your credit or debit card. The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
