Fairholme Road is full of pastel colours and chic touches. Inside you’ll come first to the double bedroom – lilac-painted, with a blonde-wood double bed and a little desk. Across the hallway from that is the master bedroom, which is decorated in delicate greens and blues, and has a silk button-back double bed. Through the final door is the bathroom, where there’s a bath and an integrated shower.
Beyond that, a glass-sided staircase takes you up to the open-plan living area. Painted green and white, with slate-grey floors and sloping ceilings, it feels both fresh and cosy. In the far corner you’ll spot a sitting area, where a sofa sits opposite a mid-century cabinet (topped by a flatscreen television). Next to that there’s a retro dining table (below a pair of pendant lamps), across from which is a smart white kitchen with a breakfast bar. From there, doors open onto a little rooftop terrace.

There are stairs up to the entrance, and no elevator.
This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
When you arrive we secure a £1,000 hold on your credit or debit card. The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
