Mayfair House is a charming building with 25 individually designed and fully equipped luxurious apartments. Distinctive and stylish, each suite has been decorated and furnished in both classical and modern styles to create a home away from home. Apartments are air-conditioned and offer fully equipped kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.
The newly refurbished Penthouse at Mayfair House has been refurbished to a high standard and decorated on a contemporary style. It has four large double bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. The Master bedroom has a 2m size bed, the second and third bedrooms have super king beds and the fourth two single beds. There is also a large open plan reception / dining room, spacious kitchen and balcony. During the summer period the minimum booking period for the Penthouse is 4 weeks.
The rates in the table below are guide prices and may differ from the actual prices quoted to you upon enquiry.
To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
We accept payments by Cash, Credit or Debit cards and Bank Transfer. Please note that payments made by credit card attract a surcharge, see below “Credit card charges”.
For bookings for the low season we require a credit card to guarantee the reservation at the time of the booking and the full pre-payment of the rental at check in at the property.
For bookings for the high season we have a minimum stay policy and we require the payment of a one week non-refundable at the time of the booking in order to confirm the reservation. We also require full pre-payment of the balance 30 days prior the arrival, otherwise the apartment will be released.
Bookings of 30 to 60 nights stay
We require 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and remaining balance on arrival.
Bookings of 60 nights stay and over
We require 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and 1 month rental in advance and 1 month deposit prior to arrival or at check in, the remaining balance can be paid on a monthly basis.
Group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments
We require 1 week non-refundable for each unit of apartment reserved at the time of the booking.
Bookings From 18th July to 6th September 2015
We require 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the apartment will be released.
Please note that for bookings for the high season we have a minimum stay policy of 4 weeks.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that payments made by credit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Union Pay and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above.

Check-in time is from 15:00pm
Check-out time is by 11:00am
Late check-out is subject to availability. You will need to check with reception on the day of departure. Extra charge may apply.
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
Once you have checked in you must give us 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.
Cancellation for group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments
On group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments (or during the high season) notification of cancelation is required 30 days prior to arrival. Once you have checked in you must give us 30 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

All our properties have a no-smoking policy in line with UK legislation. This policy covers the burning/smoking of all substances in our apartments, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
Please note that at check in we require a security deposit to cover any incidental breakages or damages that may occur during occupation. The security deposit is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and if no incidental expenses have been incurred.
