The 19 apartments include 22 and 23 Hertford Street and Brick Street. Eachof the 19 Apartments are a minimum of 100 square meters and features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The apartments include WiFi and high speed internet access, entry to the exclusive Met Bar and access to COMO Shambhala Urban Escape Spa and Treatment Rooms. Maid service is Monday – Friday, towels and linens are changed three times a week and 24 hour room service and laundry service are available. Guests are able to use all the facilities of the Metropolitan Hotel including the gym while at the same time enjoying the space a privacy of their own private apartment.
Interiors feature large master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms overlooking a landscaped private courtyard, contemporary lounges with dining rooms, sleek pine and black granite kitchens.
For the three-bedroom apartment (Hertford St Penthouse) rates please call us as they are on request. The three bedroom apartment has seperate lounge and dining room, full kitchen and meeting area. Note that the three bedroom apartment has a minimum stay of three months.

Unless otherwise stated, the rates shown do not include breakfast. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests.
CHECKING IN (ARRIVAL) AND OUT (DEPARTURE)
Unless otherwise expressly stipulated by the individual rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. No payment is deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 48 hours prior to your checking-in date or fail to show up on the date or dates on which your booking has been confirmed for, you are liable for cancellation charges. In such event, any charges due and owing will be deducted from the credit or debit card.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to produce a valid debit or credit card (which may not be the same card details as you had provided at the point of online booking) for the hotel to take an imprint. If you are settling your account in cash, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Any cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy then existing at the time of purported cancellation. The cancellation policy should be checked with the property at the time of booking.
If any cancellation is not made in accordance with our applicable cancellation policy and terms, we reserve the right to charge you for the entire period of stay you have booked, or, subject to our sole, absolute and final discretion, the first night’s accommodation.
