Payment Policy

Middlesex Street need a valid Debit/Credit card on which a reservation of the apartment is made to guarantee the booking. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3% for American Express, 2% for Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Maestro.

If damage to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to other guests has occurred, the cost to the apartment provider of the damage or disturbance that has occurred will be retained from the credit card provided during the time of booking. Middlesex Street reserves the right to charge the credit card for any such matters.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy fees depend on the notice given:

1. Less than 14 days prior to arrival: One weeks rental accommodation cost will be charged.

2. More than 14 days prior to arrival: No Charge

Child Policy

All children are welcome

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using Baby Cots. Children above 3 Years will be charged an additional charge of £ 24 per extra bed per night.
