This one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment occupies the whole of the 8th floor of One Tower Bridge’s flagship building. Considered by many as the London’s new ‘it’ spot for culture – featuring the Bridge Theatre, an abundance of restaurants, communal garden space and set on the bank of the River Thames. The building and lift leading up to the apartment are secured by FOB access. The floor to ceiling windows that spread across the whole wall of the apartment maximises the high-rise view of the City and the level of light allowed in, which complements the contemporary design and open plan living space. The fully functioning kitchen includes a Ceramic Miele electric hob and oven set. The large fridge and freezer are neatly integrated in the kitchen fitting and a chic four-person dining table offers views of the River Thames.
Marble flooring throughout the whole apartment, aside the bedroom which uses carpet, adds to the panache. The minimalist aesthetic is extended to the living space, where the L-shaped sofa is accompanied by a marble table and soft rug, with a 50-inch Smart TV equipped with Netflix & Freeview. The bedroom includes ample storage space, with a four-door wardrobe and a bedside table on each side of the double bed. The all black en suite features a walk-in shower and is completely marble. The advance smart home system controls everything including the blinds, lights, temperature, locking system and electrics.
