In the event of discrepancies, the guest shall report such discrepancies within four hours of arrival at the apartment. If no discrepancy is reported the guest is deemed to have accepted the inventory. One parking bay per apartment is available for guests use. Guests must ensure that they only park in the numbered space allocated to them.

Safety and Security of our guests
How do we ensure the safety and security of our guests?
All guests will be asked for their full names at check in and this will be entered on to our guest register at that apartment for the duration of their stay. These details will be deleted once a guest(s) leave their apartment.
In the majority of our apartment blocks access to the upper floors from the ground floor is only allowed via the lifts which need to be accessed with a fob to move to the upper floors. This maintains the integrity of the upper floors.
Within the apartments there are smoke alarms in all apartments and carbon monoxide alarms in all apartments that have a gas feed.
We also have Fire Blankets in every kitchen along with First Aid Boxes
Every apartment has a Fire Action Notice outlining the Assembly points in the event of a fire with an attached action plan.
Any Safety and Security concerns can be dealt with through our Guest Services team who will attempt to resolve any concerns.
