Poppins Court is a modern, fully serviced one bedroom apartment located moments away from Ludgate Circus and is also near to the infamous St Paul’s Cathedral in the City of London.
Resting on a quiet pedestrian street off of Fleet Street and away from the main hustle and bustle of the City of London, you are surrounded by all the local amenities you could need.
There are excellent underground links with either Blackfriars, Mansion House or St Paul’s all being within minutes from your front door. This area is a hub for business visitors during the week, and at weekends it’s also popular with tourists looking to experience the beauty of St Paul’s Cathedral. Also, nearby is the Millennium Bridge which provides excellent access to all the fantastic attractions Bankside has to offer.

To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.
The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason before or during their stay:
If the Booking Period is for a period of more than 90 nights the Guest must provide 21 days written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any deposit.
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at the time of booking. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at the time of booking | otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.
If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. We will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
