Check in is from 3pm on the date of arrival. Codes for keypad entry will be supplied prior to arrival but please note there is no reception at this property.
Check out is by 11am on the date of departure.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
You must email immediately should you wish to cancel your booking, quoting the Booking reference. Your cancellation will become effective once we have confirmed the cancellation to you by email.
You may not transfer your booking to someone else after you have given notice of cancellation.
If you cancel your booking we will apply the following charges to cover costs:
•Cancellations made more than 56 days before Your Booking: £50 administration fee;
•Cancellations made between 29 and 55 days before Your Booking: 50% of the total Booking cost;
•Cancellations made between 15 and 28 days before Your Booking: 75% of the total Booking cost;
•Cancellations made between 1 and 14 days before Your Booking: 90% of the total Booking cost;
•In all other cases: 100% of the total cost;
You should note that credit card charges and administration fees are non-refundable.
Standard Payment Policy:
We require payment of a 25% deposit when you make the booking. We will then require that you will pay the balance not less than 28 days before your booking commences. Should You pay by credit card, we will make a charge of not less than 2.5% for processing your payment. If your payment is subsequently declined by Your credit card company, we reserve the right to levy an abortive administration charge of up to £25.00. Should you pay by bank transfer your bank may charge you for the cost of transfer. We will deduct the charge made to us by our bank (currently £18.00) when we return any monies to you.
By booking with us you are deemed to have agreed to and authorised any payment for damage to the apartment, furniture or equipment as well as any additional cleaning that may be required when the booking ends together with any charges for unauthorised late check-out. You agree that such amount will become payable immediately at the end of the booking and authorise us to take such payment from your debit or credit card using the card information you provided to us when making the Booking.
We require a security deposit of £300 to be paid 28 days before your arrival date. This deposit will be applied toward any charges incurred during your booking. The balance will be returned as soon as reasonably practicable and usually within 14 days of Your departure
Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, however we will make every effort to accommodate requests at the time.
