They are situated just moments from the major transport hub of London Bridge with both underground and national rail services. You can also catch a bus, taxi or ride a Boris bike. If working in London, you can of course take the short walk to London’s financial district whilst grabbing a tasty treat and coffee from Borough Market on the way.
Within easy walking distance is the lively Southwark area full of things to see and do including the Shard, OXO Tower, Tate Modern, HMS Belfast, Tower Bridge and Design Museum.
The Victorian exterior encases these modern apartments with high specification kitchens and well appointed bathrooms. The living space is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and all the appliances you could need.

Negotiated rates are subject to availability and will only be guaranteed if booked in
advance of arrival. Negotiated rates apply to individual reservations & are subject
to the relevant room type being available at the time of booking.
Rates are per apartment, per night and exclude VAT (unless otherwise stated). Any
changes to the rate of VAT will be reflected in the final bill or invoice. No rate
adjustment will be possible once a guest has checked in to the Apartment.
The Apartments reserve the right to amend or withdraw these rates at any time
during the period of this contract (with the exception of existing reservations
already booked and paid for) by notice to the Client.
Reservations will only be considered booked when confirmed in writing, with a
valid credit card number for full pre-payment or a company/travel agent email/fax
confirming payment details in case of invoice back.
It is the responsibility of the Client and/or designated booking agent to provide

Accounts must be settled prior to arrival unless a credit facility has been
A credit account may take up to 28 days to set up and is not guaranteed. Think

The setting up of credit accounts is entirely at The Apartments’ discretion.
The Apartments accept BACS & the following credit/debit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo & Switch
In the event that an account is set up invoices must be settled within 7 days.
The Apartments DO NOT accept cheques or cash on arrival as a form of
payment for accommodation.
BACS payments must be cleared prior to arrival.
Credit Card Authorisation Forms
If the credit card used to pay for the booking will not be present at the point of
check-in, a third party credit card authorisation must be completed in full and
returned to The Apartments, prior to the guest checking in.
Credit-Card Pre-Authorisation Policy
It is the policy of The Apartments to pre-authorise a guest’s credit/debit card at
the point of check-in for the amount of £100. This amount is held and any
incidental charges accrued during the stay are deducted from this, and the
remaining balance released back onto the card.
The Apartments Terms & Conditions
Clients & Guests agree to comply with The Apartments Terms & Conditions with
regards to conduct and respect for the property of the Apartment, its employees
and its guests, and their health & safety at all times.
Cancellations Policy Room Occupancy
Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing by The at the time of booking.
For reservations of:
• 3 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 24hrs prior to arrival.
• 4-6 nights duration, a cancellation may be made up to 48 hrs prior to arrival.
• 7 nights or more, then 7 days notice of cancellation will be required.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed below.

Apartments marked with an * can be fitted with an extra bed, which is charged at
£30 inc. V.A.T per night subject to availability. Apartments with sofa beds can be
booked, with a £30 inc. V.A.T per night charge, subject to availability.
Check-in is from 3:00pm onwards. The Apartments will do their utmost to
accommodate any guests arriving at the Apartment earlier than 3:00pm subject
Guests are requested to vacate their apartments_client by 10:00am. Any request for a
late check-out is strictly subject to availability on the day of departure and may
be subject to an extra charge.
