BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

ayment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.

An additional refundable deposit of 4 weeks rental will be collected on arrival and will be held against breakages and/or telephone charges.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival – Deposit is refunded.

If less than 28 days notice is given, then any deposit is subject to the apartment being re-let for the period of the cancelled booking.

Non payment of deposits on the due date will be deemed a cancellation.

In the event of non arrival the apartment will be released after 24 hours and the remainder of the stay cancelled.

Accepted Credit Cards

All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card.

All major credit cards accepted.

 

Additional Terms

Guests who do not stay for the full duration of their booking will be charged for the total stay unless the apartment can be re-let.

Extra Beds are chargeable Baby Cots (up to 24 months) No charge
