Stay in our converted tea warehouse in the heart of Shakespeare’s London, packed full of original features and history. We’re a cosy retreat from the hustle and bustle of the river bank, nearby restaurants and markets which make the area so popular with locals and visitors alike.
Once a Victorian tea warehouse, it’s taken many years for us to carefully restore it to its former glory. Found on a cobbled street tucked back from the Thames, we’ve stayed true to the heritage of the building with polished concrete, exposed brick walls and the arched factory windows.
Southwark, London Bridge and Blackfriars stations are within a 10 minute walk, making it easy to get around London and to the airports. For a more authentic experience, take the Thames Clipper from the end of the road and commute by the river!
Sitting on the southern bank of The Thames opposite The City, and nestled between Southbank and London Bridge, Bankside is central and accessible. The medieval streets boast some of London’s top attractions, and entertain a buzzing mix of lively visitors and laid back locals who live and work here.

Full payment for your apartment must be made at the time of booking. Bookings made by American Express Card (Amex) will incur a transaction fee of 2.95% of the total payable. Bookings made by Visa Credit Card and MasterCard will incur a transaction fee of 2.0% of the total payable. There is no transaction fee when booking with Visa Debit Card or Maestro/Solo.
An administration charge of £25 plus VAT will apply to all amendments and cancellations.
For stays of 3-6 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the full cost of the booking.
For stays of 7-27 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 7 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 7 nights.
For stays of 28+ nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
For stays of 3-6 nights, the full cost of the booking will apply irrespective of the guests early departure.
For stays of 7+ nights, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 14 days prior to the guest’s new departure date. Please note: you may be subject to an increased rate band (see below) should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.
